Every product ordered at MayheM-7/Spreadshirt is created just for you. Because they are
custom made, returned goods cannot be resold and are either donated or thrown away.

>> If we make a mistake, we will send you a replacement or refund your money.
>> If you make a mistake with your order, call us and we will see what we can reasonably do
to help you get the shirt you want.
Should a mistake arise, we kindly ask that you contact Spreadshirt within 30 days to coordinate
an acceptable solution. Please include your order number and a detailed explanation of the
problem.

 

You can expect quality products from MayheM-7/Spreadshirt, as unique as you yourself. After
your order has been submitted and the payment has been processed, we produce your products
and pack them for delivery within 24-48 business hours.

Canceling your order

A new order can be cancelled or changed without any problem if the production process has not yet begun. The link to your order status page can be found in your order confirmation email. If your order is labeled “wait” or as “new”, you will be able to cancel your order. If you would like to change your order, please contact our customer service by phone before your order begins production. Once it begins production, you can no longer make any changes. If you make a mistake with your order, call Spreadshirt and they will see what they can reasonably do to help you get the shirt you want. Still haven't received your merchandise yet?

After your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment. If - whatever the reason - you feel that your order has not been received in the proper timeframe, please contact Spreadshirt at service@spreadshirt.com. Spreadshirt kindly ask that should this be the case, you let them know no later than 6 weeks after ordering.

Uncomplicated Returns

Products from this online-shop can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt.

If the item has been produced with personalized specifications (i.e. if you used a personal line of text) then Spreadshirt cannot cancel your order, however, they are very fair. If you are not satisfied with a personalized t-shirt, simply contact their helpful Service Team. As long as a football jersey-set for the entire team does not need to be exchanged, they are very accommodating.

If the ordered item contains defects (e.g. because of a printing error), then Spreadshirt will obviously take the product back, reimburse your money or send an error-free product.
